Terms and Conditions

                                                                                            3AM STUDIO POLICY                

• 3AM Studios reserves the right to refuse/terminate service to anyone for any reason. 
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all sessions. Final payment (remaining balance) is due prior to session start. Deposits and fees are nonrefundable. No Exceptions!
• Studio must be kept in a neat and orderly fashion at all times. Dispose of any unwanted items at the end of the session. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleanup fee assessed to the client. 
• No smoking in the studio or in the building. All smoking must take place at designated areas outside of the building. 
• Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the studio rooms. 
• Food and drinks may be stored/heated in the breakroom/lounge room fridge and/or microwave
• Do not touch electronic equipment. Some equipment may have specific settings that must not be altered by an unauthorized person. 
• Due to space limitation, no outside guests are permitted to sit-in on sessions. The pre-approved number of guests must be strictly adhered to at all times. 
• No pets or animals are permitted in the studio. 
• No professional photgraphy or videography allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with 3AM Studios. (See Media Use Agreement)
• Cellphones and other distractions must cease when someone is recording on the microphone 
• We highly recommend all clients be well-rehearsed when booking a studio session.  The studio session is not a rehearsal session (unless you have the budget, of course!)
• Deposit is acceptance of 3AM Studio Policy
• THIS POLICY IS ENFORCEABLE WITHIN THE STATE OF GEORGIA
